Portland has hills!

We have never had to deal with hills in Houston but Scott is loving them here. Actually Sydney is as well. Scott will use his scooter break to stop and Sydney drags her foot along the ground. Scott calls the hills ramps. There's no telling what this boy will be doing in 2 years!
