Friday afternoon was in need of a little boost so I consulted my list and chose puffy paint painting which I found here . The best part of this painting was that everything was dry within seconds thanks to the microwave.
We mixed up our ingredients--flour, salt, baking soda, food coloring and water.
They painted on some foam pieces that were collecting dust on the shelf.
They spread it on a little thin at first...
but slowly got the hang of it.
Then pop it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and voila! Puffy paint!
Favorites...Sydney chose hers because of the color of the paper and Scott liked his rainbows and puffiness.
It was pretty much a sea of puffy paint as far as the eye can see!
